Return Policy
The Kreol Republic is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 7 days after reception from your side.
International orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not reimburse shipping.
Process for national orders returns :
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thekreolrepublic.com and include your order number.
We must be informed within 7 days deadline after delivery, otherwise we keep the right to not go further with your demand.
Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached and original packaging.
We will collect the package, inspect and notify you whether your return has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying a collection fee, unless the fault is ours (i.e wrong item).
You will be responsible to pay banking transaction fees if any.
We will proceed to reimbursement within 2 weeks after parcel reception.
You will not be exempt of delivery fees should you choose to exchange the item.
